What to include
For bug reports, mention which tool you were using, what you entered (if you are comfortable sharing it), what you expected, and what happened instead. For tool suggestions, a sentence or two about the task you are trying to get done is plenty.
What to expect
247 Tools is run by an independent developer, so replies can take a few days. Messages sent through the form are delivered by an email service to the developer's inbox; the email address and message you submit are used only to read and answer your message.
